It’s been seven, long years since the legendary French electronica band, Air, returns to the United States for their Twentyears Air tour.

This tour will be a celebration of all their glorious hits spanning the past 20 years. This electro-acoustic pop group was founded in the mid-90s, influenced several generations, and left its mark on the sound of its time. Along the way, Air has produced cult albums such as “Moon Safari” in 1998, “The Virgin Suicides” in 2000, clever pop LPs such as “Talkie Walkie” in 2004, rich experimentations like “10 000 Hz Legend” in 2001, and various collaborations with Nigel Godrich (Beck, Radiohead) and Charlotte Gainsbourg on her “5:55” album among others. I can’t help but wonder which of their classic tunes they plan to perform as a live band for this upcoming tour. This is one of those bucket list items that I wouldn’t miss.
