Brian Billion – Leap Year
Brian Billion just posted his latest mix, Leap Year; a lush, dreamy, slow-motion disco/house collection that touches on the ethereal tones of Berlin-based Tigerskin’s “Three Master,” the addictive, sultry sounds of Hot Toddy’s “Down To Love,” (featuring vocals from theater actress Jennifer Rhonwen) and the shadowy, affective notes of John Talabot’s “Destiny” (featuring Pional on keys and percussion), to name a few.
As one who is consistently ahead of the curve, Brian Billion and his DJ sets are not to be missed. Arrive early to U Street Music Hall this Saturday night and catch Brian’s opening set before Classixx and Bit Funk. Doors open at 10pm, purchase tickets here.
